Beautiful like new 2024 44 ft Grand Design Momentum 395 MS for sale by senior owner. all options Options including full body paint and factory installed 8K solar system with two 3,000 watt inverters and two Lithium batteries. You can run two of the three air conditioners and everything else when dry camping with using the barley used 6K Yamaha generator . It has the upgraded seating package which gives you 7 recliners in the living room so everyone can enjoy the flat screen tv and fireplace while sitting in comfort. The two large slides directly across from each other in the living area provides plenty of space to walk around and the high ceilings make the coach feel like a home instead of an RV. In the kitchen you will find a large residential refrigerator, a home style stove and oven, luxury fixtures and a upgrade sink and large solid surface counters. Kitchen also has beautiful cabinets and tons of storage. The master bath is big with a large shower with upgrades fixtures and a seat. The bedroom is ample sized with a slide and lot of closet space and cabinets. The bed lifts up for a huge storage area too.
In the garage you will find 14 feet of room for toys. We only kept our Harley in there so it is still very clean. The two queen size beds are way more comfortable than most toy haulers and of course they lift up with the touch of a button. There is also a half bath in the garage which come in handy for guests, They will also have there own flat screen TV and separate entrance on the side of the coach. The ramp makes into a nice deck with railing and a gate as well as another set of steps. There are folding glass doors separating the deck from the garage so you can leave the ramp in the deck position and close off the garage bedroom to keep the heat or AC in.
The easy to use digital control unit give the coach zone climate control for the garage bedroom, the living room and the master bedroom like a luxury house would have. It also controls the lights, cool nice accent led lighting, exterior lights and even the generator. And even better is the phone app will do it all from the comfort of your recliner!
I replaced the standard king pin unit with a Gen-Y torsion shock absorbing unit and added sumo springs. With both of those items it rides like a dream. I also added a back up and side cameras.

I'm probably forgetting a lot of stuff. I included a youtube video of a similar 395ms. Ours has more options like the full body paint and the mega recliner package option. But the video gives you a good idea of the layout and facts about the coach that are good to know.

The list price for this coach brand new was $169,000 plus the solar system which was another $24,000 option. 5 years remaining on the 7 year extended warranty. Fully transferable to a private party buyer.

It's a steal at price shown but open to reasonable offers. No low ballers please, we are not desperate.
