Jayco Melbourne 24L motorhome has approximately 28,000 miles. Has 4 seatbelts and sleeps 4.. All Mercedes and Jayco available updates have been competed. We have completed (3) Mercedes schedule A services and (2) schedule B services since new at our local Mercedes dealership. Both the Mercedes engine and generator have been meticulously maintained. It has all the standard customer value package items plus: Full body paint - Muirfield; 3.2 KW Diesel generator (180 approx hours); Theatre seating in place of dinette; 15,000 BTU air conditioner (upsized from standard 13,500 BTU); Big foot automatic hydraulic leveling system; Sun folding interior windshield and cab door shades (2 full sets); Roof vent covers (2); All of the cab windows have been tinted; Brake controller installed for towing trailer or tow dolly with electric brakes; Electric battery trickle charger has been installed for chassis battery by Mercedes dealership; 2 Televisions (not smart). It is a great motor home and gets great mileage but as life goes we need something different. It has been stored inside at a family-owned very clean (insect and rodent free) facility since new. The motor home is located approximately 30 miles southeast of St Louis, MO in Illinois; Package deal - 2021 Jayco Melbourne 24L and 2022 Jeep Willys 2-door - asking $111,500 for both. The Jeep has approximately 38,000 miles - 13,000 towed behind the motorhome. It is a six-speed manual transmission, 2-door, and has a hard top with removable panels. The tires are newer - ~10,000 miles. It has the heavy duty Blue Ox base plate and towing system installed (10,000 lb) and the Blue Ox Patriot braking system as well. The jeep has a custom made cover to protect the grill, hood, and windshield while towed. This is a one owner Jeep as we ordered Jeep in 2022. The Jeep has an extended warranty thru Chrysler. Neither the motorhome or Jeep has been driven in snow or on salty roadways
