We bought this unit in late 2023 and full-timed it across the country in 2024 and 2025. That matters. The new-RV break-in issues that plague fifth wheels slide calibration quirks, plumbing surprises, appliance gremlins have already been worked through. Every system has been used, tested, and dialed in on real roads, not in a storage lot.
An RV that's been used the right way is fundamentally different from one that's been parked. You're getting a road-proven unit, not a project.

This is a 5-year-old fifth wheel that's been worked. There may be minor items I haven't surfaced. The price reflects all of that.
