I have aggressively priced this Coach. The following are worked in to the price: tag axle tires are incorrect size and older; the paint and body has fading, scrapes bumps and bruises; the hot water valve on for the service bay faucet has a crack and is turned off (each water fixture has a separate valve hot & cold); the main floor tile has been repaired/replaced (partial in spots) and the tile is not an exact match (due to water damage); there is some water damage in the storage bays (unrepaired); the air leveling system operates with a work-around (push the level button to get into travel mode); and the water on/off switch in the service bay does not work. Please keep in mind, this is a very complicated RV and things do break. Please contact me for questions, concerns and to check it out. We purchased a large boat and plan to spend out time on it. This is a very high quality RV and it feels great driving it!!! I have the title in hand, so it is ready to go. Thanks Vance
