The only thing left to fix on this rig is the overhead siding; Kansas winds ripped it off, I performed patch work ensuring no water damage can happen needs finishing touches though. The repairs can be done cheap, cut to size some plywood choose exterior material seal it up and your good. 


I purchased the unit for $22,000 than did $27,500 of personal upgrades and maintenance. I’m in the hole $49,500 plus $5,000 maintenance (new tires, spark plugs/coils/. you wont find another unit like this one, with the amenities and benefits at this price point.
