We purchased a ungraded plush mattress that is very comfortable, new Dometic toilets, washer/dryer combo unit, slide toppers for all four sides and two keyless door locks for both doors. This unit has been meticulously maintained and cleaned. All holding tanks have been professionally cleaned and we have had it professionally washed several times and it has been professionally waxed every year. We took this unit back to the factory in Elkhart Indiana for some upgrades and they went through the unit and made sure there wasnt anything that needed attention. This unit is ready to go!
