Thor Coach Gemini AWD 23TW with only 13, 950 miles. It is considered a B+ coach. Like new inside and out. The length is 23' 7", the width is 7' 6", the exterior height (with AC) is 11' and the interior height is 6' 8". There is one slide out on the drivers side and 3 outside storage areas. It is built on a 2022 Ford Transit chassis with a 350HD 3.5 L V6 Eco Boost Turbo gas engine. Registration is paid through October. It is equipped with one solar panel and two 12 volt maintenance free batteries. Motor oil was just changed and the generator oil was changed with full service.
There is a large refrigerator with separate freezer, a 2-burner stovetop, microwave/convection oven, large round stainless steel sink, counter extension and has a tankless water heater. There are 4 drawers under kitchen counter, 2 cabinets over the counter, 2 cabinets over dinette table which also breaks down to a bed, 2 drawers under dinette seating. There is a cabinet over the refrigerator where there is WiFi connectivity and a drawer underneath. The bedroom area has a queen size bed, 3 drawers at the foot of the bed, 2 cabinets above, and a rear wardrobe with mirrored doors. Also has 2 flat screen tv's, one up front and one in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a separate shower stall that has a water circulator so water is not wasted while warming up. There is a cabinet above and below the sink and 1 above the toilet.
There is 1-1/2 years left on the warranty.
