I bought the RV from Camping World in Thornburg, VA in the fall of 2021. Im an Information Systems Consultant. I lived and worked in it until Jan of 2026.

I really like how the bathroom divides the living area from the garage. It makes the bathroom area bigger and give you space from one area to another. As you enter, I had the murphy bed down all of the time with a double bed there. I used the garage as an office while I was staying put. When I took it on trips, my motorcycle rode in the garage. The ramp in the back will convert into a deck/patio.

During the winter, I could close off the garage and only heat the living area at night. I rigged up some pipe heating cords to the tanks and the hoses underneath. Since I lived in it, there were no long periods of sitting in a field, no mice, no bugs, no smoking, etc

Its a 30 amp service, 110 volt. I was able to stay at friends houses with just a heavy extension cord and a water hose. It pulls 15 to 17 amps in the summer with the air conditioning and my computer equipment. You can use it to travel around the US or as a cabin for full time living.

I put an air conditioning RV airflow kit into it and it increased the airflow to the promised 30% to 40%.

I have a Hensley Pro Pride hitch ($3,800) on it. Its a long RV to tow and this took the sway to almost nothing. The dry weight is 5,700 pounds. The gross weight on it 7,910. I towed with a Ford Expedition with custom airbags. You can tow this with any half ton pickup truck.

I dont like the models Forest Rive is making anymore. They dont have slide outs and there is no separation from the living area to the garage.

I hate to sell it as it would come in handy when I retire. There is still many years of good use and happiness in the RV.
