2021 ARCTIC FOX 27-5L: Over $90K New -Hydraulic Disc Brakes, Lithium & Onan Gen-Clean title in hand

We are the private owners of this lightly used Arctic Fox 27-5L. Our kids have grown up, so our camping dynamics have changed and we are ready to pass it on to the next owner. While the 27-5L is already a premium, true 4-season trailer, I had high-value upgrades installed to make it incredibly safe to tow and fully capable of off-grid boondocking. Everything was done right.

The Two Major Upgrades:

Hydraulic Disc Brake Conversion: If you've ever towed a heavy 5th wheel with standard electric brakes, you know how underwhelming they can feel. I had a professional hydraulic disc brake system installed by the selling dealer. The stopping distance is significantly shorter, smoother, and it is an absolute game-changer for mountain passes or emergency stops.

Dual Lithium Battery Bank: I upgraded the power system at the time of sale, replacing the standard factory lead-acid batteries with two high-capacity Lithium-ion batteries. They charge much faster, hold power far longer, and allow you to deeply discharge them without damageessential for off-grid stays.

Power: Built-in Cummins Onan Propane Generator.

Towing: Andersen Gooseneck Hitch connection (lightweight and rock-solid).

Leveling: Electric auto-leveling system (with manual override switches).

Slide Protection: Installed awning toppers on both slides to protect the seals from debris and rain.

4-Season Build: Heated and enclosed tanks, plus Arctic Foxs signature thick insulation and hardwood structure.

Climate: Dual A/C units (living room and bedroom), ceiling fan, and high-output propane furnace.

Kitchen: Microwave/convection oven, 3-burner stovetop, full oven, and a massive pantry.

Living: Two slide-outs, built-in dinette, and a pull-out couch bed for guests.

Bed & Bath: Private master suite with a Queen bed, under-bed storage, large wardrobe, and dresser.

Plumbing: Massive capacities88 gal Fresh, 65 gal Black, and Dual Gray tanks (67 gal / 35 gal) engineered to drain out of a single convenient exit valve.
