We have made a few modifications over the years including removing the tiny coach and too small for average adults dinette. We replaced that with two nice recliners and a smaller table and stools. We also removed the lower bunk in the back and it served as a remote workspace and a great Lego table. It is a rock solid trailer. No soft spots. We had the roof professionally cleaned and sealed about 2 years ago. A/C and heat work great. The outdoor kitchen has a fridge, sink and a swing around propane grill. It has power stab jacks and power hitch jack which are huge time savers. It has a residential size fridge to hold all your food, multiple pantries and even a TV for those rainy days.
