2017 CrossRoads Sunset Trail Grand Reserve 26SI Travel Trailer  $17,500 OBO
Clean, well-kept camper with a great layout, lots of storage, and several comfort features that make it feel more like a small home than a basic camper. We are only selling because we are moving into a fifth wheel.
Overall length is approximately 30'2" tongue to tail. Dry weight shown on the camper sticker is 6,088 lbs. GVWR is 7,600 lbs. It is a dual-axle travel trailer with 50-amp service, two slide-outs, auto leveling, and two A/C units — one in the main living area and one dedicated to the bedroom.
Sleeps up to 6 with a private front bedroom, fold-out sofa bed, and convertible booth dinette. The front bedroom has a TV, storage, and an RV queen mattress that was installed when we bought the camper about two years ago. The mattress has only been slept on around 10–12 nights total.
Inside features include a large kitchen island, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, entertainment center with TV, electric fireplace, ducted A/C, central control panel, gas/electric water heater, and tank heater switch. Bathroom has a glass shower door, vanity, medicine cabinet, linen cabinet, and hooks for towels/clothes.
Outside features include a power awning, outdoor kitchen with small refrigerator, sink, counter space, and upper/lower storage, rear outdoor shower, fiberglass front cap with large tinted front window, front diamond-plate rock guard, and RVIA certification.
Recent updates include a brand-new awning and awning frame installed last season, and the carbon monoxide detector was also replaced last season.
The camper has a good maintenance history. The previous owner worked in the RV industry and represented that it had been serviced regularly and professionally. During our ownership, it has been professionally winterized and de-winterized each season.
