Camper / travel trailer. 2013 Crossroads Sunset Trail 26BH with Reserve package. The following are electrically operated via control panel or a remote: awning, slide, stabilizer jacks, and tongue jack. Single slide. Master bedroom with queen bed and lots of storage. Rear bunks sleep 2-3. Dinette and sofa both convert to beds. Storage under dinette benches. Bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and sink. Electric fireplace and 32 tv are both reversible to be viewed from main living area or master bed. Three burner propane stove and oven, microwave, 6.3cf frig and freezer (works on propane or electric). Other features: outside shower, San-T black tank flush system, 6 gallon electric/propane water heater, small bumper mount gas grill, and water heater bypass system for winterizing. Large rear storage area under bunks (accessed from outside) and front pass-through storage. 30A hookup. Lots of camping accessories included (levelling blocks, sewer connections, water hoses & filter, surge protector, 30A extension cords and adapters, coffee maker, toaster, etc). Load equalizing hitch and sway bar. We have owned it since 2017. New battery and tires new in 2022. PA inspection until July 2026. Well maintained and inspected yearly with all records. Frig cooling unit replaced Sep 2025 (had a slow ammonia leak) and slide system recently serviced. We have repaired 3 small soft spots in floor over the years and there is one small spot in corner of rear storage compartment. Otherwise no known issues and all is in good working order.
