The things I will provide include a 50 foot heated hose, 25 foot heated hose, 50 foot potable water hose, 25 foot extension cord, 50 foot extension cord, 100 pound propane tank that is full, Camco portable waste tank,X shaped wheel chock, levelers and a RV leveling unit. I just put in a new toilet. There is a dent on the side where the slide out goes out. But it does not affect the operation of the slide out. I have provided a picture. I took $1000 off of my asking price so that you can replace the recliners with what you want. They are not very attractive.I didnt want to replace it with something that you may not like.
