Purchased new in 2023, one owner, stored indoors since purchase in Rocklin, CA. Used about 10 times in Northern California. Replaced factory mattress with a high end pillow top (better than our bed at home!), also had custom mattress made for window seat in bedroom for our daughter. We also had slide covers on both slides installed and black out shades added to the bedroom. Added smart tv to bedroom.
