OUR STORY
This build started in 2020 as a dream project for my wife and me. We bought a brand-new cargo Sprinter and started converting it into our forever adventure van. We moved from California to Idaho, had two babies, and life changed. With only two seats in the van, we can't take the whole family, and the project has been on pause. Uncountable hours have gone into this build. It's time to let it go to someone who can finish what we started.

INSULATION
Three types of insulation throughout floor, walls, ceiling, and doors are ALL insulated. This van will be extremely efficient for heating and cooling:

Rigid foam board Polyiso (foil-backed, high R-value) for large panels and raised floor
Mineral wool / Rockwool for wall cavities and hard-to-reach areas
Spray foam for every nook, cranny, and gap

FLOORING

Raised and insulated subfloor with thick foil-backed foam board (Polyiso)
Heavy-duty 3/4" plywood subfloor for durability
Multiple coats of RedGard waterproofing membrane applied before finish floor
Luxury vinyl plank flooring installed throughout gray wood-look, professional result

WALLS & CEILING

Furring and 1/4" Plywood paneling on all walls and ceiling

FRAMING & CABINETRY
