We are selling our Monaco Marquis because of a family illness which has stopped our travel.

Included with the Monaco Marquis 40L is the washer/dryer, Dish washer, Newer refrigerator, induction cooktop, Newer Fireplace, and Convection/Microwave. The L shaped sofa was replaced with a new Brad & Hall Villa Hide a sofa with an inflatable queen mattress. Also included is a Magna Shade windshield cover with wiper covers in a beach scene. Electrically it comes with a Hughes power watchdog surge protector. The Toyo tires were installed in the summer of 2024, House batteries replaced in February 2026. All service work was done in October 2025 including the 10K generator. The aqua hot 400D has been serviced annually and was last serviced in February 2026. The full wall slide awning has been replaced with a Tru topper eliminating the long flapping awning. The basement has two full side out trays one in the first bay and one in the second bay. The rear ladder extension is stored in the basement.There are many items available to go with the coach to a private buyer.
