I thought I was going to be that old lady who lived in her van forever but then my only child had a baby!

As much as I loved traveling around the country, I love that baby even more so have made the difficult decision to sell my beloved house on wheels..

I have maintained my van with an eye toward living in it for years to come, even to the point of spending $18,300 to upgrade the electrical system to lithium!

It is in beautiful condition; I'd sell it to my best friend without a single second thought. It also has a new refrigerator.

The van has two very minor issues:

1.) The bottom back side of the driver's side outside mirror has broken plastic. I have the replacement part but not the necessary tools/skills to install it.

2.) The exterior handle by the cabin door broke and I have not been able to find a replacement. Other than those two issues, it is in excellent condition.

Even though I upgraded the electric, I kept the generator in order to have even more options.
On the back of the van is a carrier that can also fold up out of the way or can easily be removed from the rear hitch.
I plan on leaving all the incidental tools, hoses, cords, leveling blocks, etc. that end up costing new owners many hundreds of dollars.
Also available is a StarLink system so, as long as you can see the sky, you can always have internet access.

Receipts for all maintenance work are available as are all the instruction manuals.

The van and I are currently located in the East Village of New York City which makes it very easy for you to fly in, pick it up and drive away a happy camper.

Other similar vans are selling in the high $80's and $90's. I don't have a lot of patience so am listing it for only $68,000. If you were waiting for a bargain...this is it!
