Outdoor shower, new tires, lots of storage, queen size loft bed, fold down table, fold down sofa/beds, sleeps 4 (maybe 5). Indoor sound system, TV antenna, 2 new deep cycle batteries and 2 7 gallon propane tanks. Electric tongue jack, comes with a Draw Tight distribution hitch with sway control.
*no patio awning*, and one small outside siding piece needs to be replaced. Personally owned and used for 20 years.
