Selling our 2023 MDC XT16HR Family travel trailer. Less than 500 mile wear - only took it out once and just had had the exterior handle lights and propane sensor replaced by MDCUSA. All appliances and electrical systems functioning normally and checked. Annex has not been used. Multiple accessories included: 4 rubber wheel chocks, 1 Anderson wheel leveler, leveling blocks, 30 AMP RV surge protector, water pressure regulator, portable soft water tank, tank cleaner, LevelMate Pro leveler(not opened). Trailer has been in covered storage since purchase.
