Selling our 2017 Prime Time Spartan 1245 fifth wheel toy hauler with the option to purchase our 2011 Ford F450 6.7L Powerstroke diesel dually tow rig. This is a complete, ready-to-use setup camp it, haul it, or both.

The garage was primarily used to transport hobby cars. Great for racing, boondocking, cross-country travel, or a seasonal site.

Overall fair condition and fully functional. This is a used camper it has nicks, scratches, and small wall holes from use. All are cosmetic. No leaks and no soft spots. Non-smoking. Pets have been in the camper.

Known items:
- Fridge did not get extremely cold last season
- Onboard fuel pump is currently non-functional (was attempted once; we have not diagnosed or investigated the issue further)
- The living room slide occasionally jumps slightly during operation when the camper is not fully level
- Garage couches removed
- Cosmetic damage on rear exterior
- Bedroom wall was repaired and repainted during the queen-to-king conversion. Structurally sound, minor color difference visible.
