Set up as a remote worker's rig. The rear bedroom was converted to a dedicated office, and the front dinette was rebuilt as a single-side workstation with room for a large monitor. Both spaces revert to stock with minimal effort the previous owner built it with restoration in mind.

Mobile office build:

• Rear bedroom office with desk mounted on heavy magnets lifts off completely

• Water tank and inverter accessible behind a single removable desk panel

• Front dinette converted to one-side seating with a larger work surface; original cushion included, reverts with a board

• High-gain cellular/wifi antenna (4G/5G/LTE) on the roof, wired to an overhead bin

• Pre-wired for a router; previous setup ran auto-failover between multiple cellular carriers for redundancy

Other modifications:

• Removable hardwood prep surface over the range, magnet-mounted, slides off to expose burners

• Added shelving in closets for more storage

Reverting to factory layout: Office desk removes in minutes. Front dinette returns to factory seating with a board swap and original cushion (included). Bed swaps back easily. The factory bedroom furniture wasn't retained, but it's basic plywood construction anyone handy can rebuild it in a few hours. No walls, plumbing, or wiring were modified.

Condition:

No leaks anywhere. Roof recently resealed. Tires have good tread. Engine runs well at 26,352 miles very low for a 2015. Most maintenance records available for review.
