Sleeps 10. No slide out. Located on Cherokee lake. In a family oriented campground. It has basketball goals, playground, and a pool with a pavilion. The campground host special events for holidays. The camper is fully covered with a porch the full lenght of the camper. Blackstone griddle is on the porch. There is a marina just down the hill from the camper. Trash and water are furnished. The original refrigerator quit so we removed it. There is a smaller one it its place. You may want a slightly bigger one. The campground doesn't allow full time camping. The water is cut off to the campground December to February. Lot rent is due March 1st of each year. The lot rent is paid for this year.
