Original owner. Built by residential and commercial master craftsman. 4 yrs of my spare time to build. Overland logo is not affiliated with the stage co. Surpasses all factory units. None smoker, pets, kids Solid and rust free. Aluminum doesn't rust. Never any hail or flood damages. Interior is 16' x7'6". 6" thick commercial grade aluminum walls, floor and roof for a greater level of occupant safety and structural integrity. 5" Styrofoam .Wrapped with 3/8" plywood on both sides that was painted on both sides before installation. Birch paneling has 3 coats of urethane. Total R 32. Floor has 3/4" double vinal coated plywood- see pics at the bottom. Rubber roof, aluminum siding. 2 newer three ton TK axles with electric brakes, Sumo stabilizers and Morryde suspension weight distribution system with E-load tires, -all with less than 500 miles on them. Newer Memory foam mattresses, frig, ,and water heater all haven't been used yet. Professionally welded throughout. All screws coated with threadlock and all bolts have cotter keys so those won't vibrate loose. Hasn't been camped in for last 5 years. Lots of years of use remaining for it. Great opportunity.
