Awning and slide out works as should with a touch of a button. Stored in barn during winters. Handy tool box mounted to tongue for wheel ramp levelers and wheel locks. Two Mounted TVs. Upgrade to two 30 lb LP tanks. Wheel bearings serviced 2024. New tires 2022 still in good condition. Recent new HD battery. Heat and AC work as should. Small blemish on couch from doggie scratch. To the best of my knowledge this is an honest evaluation of the trailer. Not 1/2 ton truck towable. Equalizer hitch and bars included.
