RV Description
Motor home is in really good shape. No leaks. Nearly brand new house batteries. Generator was just serviced; new fuel filter, oil change, and air filter. Less than 6 hours on since servicing. Tires in great shape. Less than 10,000 miles on tires. Always covered when not driving. RV frige replaced with a small normal house frige. Only couple "issues" are the front awning got ripped up by a wind storm and the tank heaters (gray and black water) do not work. Awning still opens and closes as should but the nylon fabric is torn up. Rest assured you'll never need nor use the tank heaters. If it's cold enough outside to freeze the tanks the pipes will freeze first and there is no way to heat those. She is ready to fire up and hit the road. All things needed to start camping right now included. Water hose, drain hose, parking levelers... We're selling it because we have a baby on the way and won't be using it anymore.
