$25,000+ of upgrades.

If youre looking at this model, youve probably already seen that it has what is quickly becoming a fan favorite the side porch. We have thoroughly enjoyed many fine days and evenings sitting about 4 above the campsite away from many of the Creepy Crawleys that come free with each campground.

First, well list the upgrades and modifications we added to the one were selling, then list a few of the standard items in all the 399s.

1.      Full Body Paint Burgundy, Black, Silver, & White in Excellent condition.

2.      We upgraded the standard three axle suspension with a MorRyde factory installed Independent Suspension System with three 8K axles, disc brakes, calipers, and pads.  This upgrade was made about two years ago inside the MorRyde factory in Elkhart, IN at a cost of about $17,000. This made a huge difference the moment we drove off with it.

3.      Included in the selling price is a $7468 Cummins Onan QG7000 gasoline powered generator. This is a step above the standard QG5000 generator option in most RVs. The QG7000 will easily run all three air conditioners for as long as you need. Weve done it when it was 100 degrees and humid. Oil and fuel filters have been recently changed. It runs very well. In addition, we have the generator wired to be able to back feed part of your home in a power outage. Special instructions will be provided. 4.      $1500 MorRyde PatioEx inflatable toy hauler tent. This has been one of our favorite upgrades, adding an additional about 7x7 screened in, covered room on the rear patio deck, as shown in our pictures.

5.      Two MorRyde collapsable handrails, one on each entry door.

6.      17 side patio awning. 14 Front awning 2 larger than original install.

7.      Ceramic coating on exterior applied at purchase, and all subsequent washings have been ceramic protection in addition.

8.      The Happi-Jack bed lift in the rear room has been modified for quite a bit more storage, though it still works great as a bed.

9.      Bottom two facing seats under Happi-Jack are not installed but included. The rear room was set up as an office. Also, the rear room is carpeted with access to all the cargo tie down points  in the floor.  Additional cargo tie downs are in the lower walls also.

10. Total blackout curtains and rods for rear room.

11. 6-foot vertical LED turn signal/brake lights in rear.

12. Carpet for side deck.

13. New shower head and handheld.

14. Sheer curtains and rods for main cabin.

15. Both 30 gallon propane tanks are full.

·       Now for a few of the standard and also upgraded items as delivered from the factory.

1.      Three slide toppers in great shape.

2.      Two 30-gallon gasoline fuel tanks with pump and nozzle.

3.      On demand, water heater.

4.      Two 200W solar panels

5.      20 Cubic Foot 12 Volt NorCold N20DCSS Refrigerator powered by solar panels or Inverter when on shore power. This has worked flawlessly since weve owned it.

6.      Four TCL TVs - Main cabin is a 50 and all work well.

7.      Full front bathroom and shower, also in the back room is a toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet in rear bathroom.

8.      Stairs for rear and side porches.

9.      Sewer hose holder under rear of RV

10. 50 foot, 50 amp power cord.

11. Four bottles of perfect match exterior touchup paint.

·       Now for a few notable notes

1.      Zero mice or insect damage.

2.      BARN KEPT when we werent traveling.

3.      No water leaks

4.      ZERO water damage inside or outside or on roof

5.      It does have a lead acid battery. We never did upgrade to Lithium.

6.      Roof has been recently resealed at all entry points of i.e. vents, solar panel mounts, vent stacks, etc. Including Eterna Bond over front and rear bulkheads where they meet the body.

7.      Tires are at least 85% with no checking or cracking.

8.      The paint and body are immaculate. This in every way is as close to new as youll find .

9.      No repairs are needed that we are remotely aware of. All systems work well.

10. Not damaged or repaired. Never in any accidents at all. The worst thing we did was get into an argument with an angry tree limb and had to replace the front awning.

11. RV has been meticulously cleaned inside and out.

The reason we are selling it is we are awaiting delivery of a Grand Design Solitude. We found that we werent going to haul anything ever much bigger than our eBikes and scooters, as far as weight and cargo go, and the layout will suit our personal needs a bit better.

We own it free and clear, with no liens or otherwise claims to it. We have the title in hand. It would be available for immediate sale.

·       An additional perk is this 399 still has an RVComplete Vehicle Extended Service Contract that IS transferable to a new owner thats good until 6/15/2028.

All paperwork for the appliances we have, along with a printed and bound original Owners Manual.

We do suggest, if you are serious, having our 399 inspected by a certified inspector, to verify that all our above claims are true. We dont want you or us to have any surprises.
