RV Description
2023 Imperial Outdoors Xplore Series X22. Light use, mostly kept it in one location. As you can see from the photos, truly in like new condition. No animals. No smoking. Just two careful adults. We have outgrown this wonderful camper and purchased a 30' TT to replace it. Some notes:
I have the original rock 'n roll style hitch and it will come with the camper, but we took it off because we never went anywhere that you need it and it is a PIA to hook up.
Added leveling bubbles.
Removed glass shower doors to create more room in the bathroom and replaced with a curtain.
Removed the tent - sold separately - does NOT come with the camper.
Added 2 rigid solar panels because the performance of the stuck on ones is horrible. Now we get more power than we know what to do with. Even in the middle of winter, we dont fall below 85% state of charge overnight. Also added a solar breaker/shut off.
Solar system is 480 AH batteries and 400 watts of panels. Inverter can run the AC, but will draw down the batteries in a few hours. Really needs to be plugged in for AC.
Mattress is of course included, but sheets are not -- only present for photos.
Added a lock to the RotopaX mount.
Minimal wear on the tires as you can see in the photos.
Absolutely everything works. There are no issues.
Everything that came with the rig, except the tent and sketch bedding, is being sold with the camper.
