Bunkhouse Class A Motorhome. Sleeps 10. Has drop-down bunk above captains chairs, sofa bed, convertible dinette, two (2) bunks, and a "RV King" master bed. Five (5) TV's. Two (2) full bathrooms. Has Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer. New tires in 2023 w/ less than 2k miles since. Includes awning shade. Upgraded GE Residential-style refrigerator. Like most RV's of this era, the "pleather" seating started to peel. The front captains chairs were replaced as a result. The other seats just have covers on them. Kept in enclosed storage garage. Also have cover (used 1-yr) that'll go with the RV. Needs would be limited to normal routine RV maintenance. The RV shows normal cosmetic wear & tear consistent with a 10-yr old RV. Everything works as intended & it's ready to travel. Above average maintenance & care.
