A Note to Prospective Buyers:
Because we have taken such pride in this RV, we are looking for a buyer who appreciates a rig that has been maintained and upgraded to be as trouble-free as possible. We have a complete, nine-year maintenance document available for review listing, service, replacement, and inspection performed since 2017. We are happy to walk the new owner through the operation of the systems and provide our notes on best practices for maintenance. Please come prepared with your questions we want to ensure this Cougar finds a home where it will continue to be well-cared for.
Terms of Sale
Payment: All transactions must be completed via Cashiers Check or Bank Draft verified at the issuing bank. No personal checks or wire transfers will be accepted.
Documentation: Title is clear, clean, and in hand. The bill of sale and transfer of ownership will be finalized to ensure safety and security for both parties.
Availability: Offered As-Is but with full disclosure. Prospective buyers are welcome to perform their own pre-purchase inspection.
No Trades: This is a straight sale; no trade-ins or seller financing, please.

Included Upgrades and Accessories
Reese 16K Sidewinder Pin Box
Designed for short bed trucks to eliminate the need for a slider hitch. Allows for 90 degree turns and eliminates risk clearance issues with the back of the truck cab. Note: the sidewinder feature can be disabled with two Lock-Out Bolts (included) such that it will function as standard Pin Box. The original Lippert Pin Box is also included with the trailer sale and can be re-installed in place of the Sidewinder if desired.
