RV Description
2007 Fleetwood Sun Valley Pop-up Camper in good shape. No leaks (sprayed it down right before listing here). Hot air furnace, stove, battery charger, all lights (interior and exterior), 120V outlets (while plugged into power), propane leak detector, refrigerator works on 120v mode (never used while camping, was just used for storage), Both tires new in 2021, greased hubs last year, Electric brakes work, 12V battery new this year (purchased April 2026), propane tank about 30 percent filled, fresh water pump works but never used the propane hot water heater. Camper was used a few times per year (local campgrounds) from 2008 till about 2016 then once about every 2 years.
I have the awning but the bag it hangs in is in rough shape and not installed on the camper. No Air conditioning installed.
