Maintenance records on hand since purchased in 2024, as the second owner. First owner background also known. This simple and compact 25-foot super B RV fits in any National park RV spot, is easy to drive and gets 18+ mpg on the interstate, ~13.5mpg towing at 60mph. Currently milage is 2,710 but will increase slightly as we drive it occasionally to circulate fluids, recharge the battery and have it serviced.
INTERIOR: Lightly used and in like new condition. It has a separate restroom and shower, sleeps three, upgraded twin beds convert to master and a single convertible bed is located up front. Will also include aftermarket tire pressure monitoring system that monitors 10 tires simultaneously.
IF DESIRED: 2014 Ford Focus SE in excellent mechanical/very good body condition (few door dings and scratches) and will include for $10K to round out your travel rig. Car is rust free with clean, smoke free interior and low milage; 36,364. This is my daily driver, so milage will increase. Also Included will be the BlueOx towing package; $6500 value. Price is $110,000 for RV, and $120,000 with car & BlueOx. Lien free, titles in hand for both vehicles. Payment must be by certified check.
