2022 replaced 7 Cu. Ft., LP refrigerator with a GE, RV, 9.8 cubic foot, 12V refrigerator. (Wired refrigerator straight to battery using 10 AWG, Separate chassis ground, 15 Amp circuit breaker/fuse and on/off pilot switch. Can run fridge with coach completely off) Outdoor fridge access panel Vents have been insulated and sealed off, while still allowing access panel operation for servicing. Roof refrigerator vent opening has been minimized to allow natural, or fan assisted air flow circulation, while minimizing air infiltration.

2022 Replaced coaches OEM 90 AH, flooded lead acid battery with a Duracell, AGM RV, deep cycle battery. to help run new 12V fridge.

30 amp power cord conversion. allows surge protector to be locked up in power cord compartment, while connected to shore power.

New bedroom TV with exterior TV mount. (Allows tv to be mounted inside/outside) (and 1-55 TV in livingroom)

Installed AUX HDMI cable for Blueray DVD/Game system connection.

Privacy curtain & track for cab over bunk. 

200 Amp solar system.

Changed master bedroom reading spot lamps from incandescent to LED 3 watt bulbs. (Draws less when dry camping/boondocking)

Installed surge protector strip in outdoor kitchen, with on/off switch to turn off mini fridge outside when drycamping/Boondocking, running generator and/ or its not being used to conserve power.

Installed 2nd, single RV weather resistant outlet in outdoor kitchen.

2 Roof mounted cellular/WiFi MiMo antennas.

Installed Bathroom Door Stop.

Hand towel bungee holder under bathroom medicine cabinet.

Installed accumulater pump and silencer kit, after main RV water pump, to lessen the effects of noise and surging of water. This also allows water flow for short periods when water pump is off and traveling.

Upgraded house battery hold down strap to a better, more secure strap.

Child/pet guard screen on screen entry door.

Lined engine doghouse cover with kill Matt sound deadening insulation and re-installed factory installation on top of the Kill mat. Its now Double insulated for less sound and heat transfer, (quieter cab).

DOCUMENTED SERVICE HISTORY WITH RECEIPTS;

Full synthetic Engine oil change and full inspection every 5,000 miles by a qualified RV technician/service center.

Generator oil change every year, with 15W-40 Amsoil or Royal Purple, full synthetic and inspect/change its air filter as needed. Generator also exercised with full load once a month for 30-40 min.

Exterior waxed 1-2 times a year (depending on use), with A coat of new finish polish/wax.

Indoor storage when not in use, with anti moisture treatment throughout and anti rodent fragrance treatment. (NEVER HAD RODANTS INSIDE MY RV!).

Treated with human/pet safe pesticides twice a year.

Roof AC unit serviced every year.

Roof inspected twice a year. and lap sealant applied where necessary.

Front cap painted,(factory decals replaced), with urethane, aviation paint, by Country Classic Autobody, of Wantage NJ. Urethane paint is extremely robust and chip resistant, IT WILL NEVER FADE OR PEAL!

Certified Pressurized leak test performed on entire coach, by Country Classic Autobody, of Wantage NJ. (NEVER HAD A LEAK) Certification of Inspection Available upon request.

Fresh water tank sanitized every 4 months, filter changed every year.

Every moving part is lubed, oiled and maintained twice a year or when necessary.
