RV Description

Our trailer has seen a lot of the US as my wife and I head a building ministry for our church. Weve owned for 5 years now and have done a lot of upgrades. If you have ever owned a fifth wheel or any RV you know that lots of things need work along the way. Weve added slide toppers all the way around to this fifth wheel trailer with six slides. Its front living room is very spacious and has a new love recliner. Three couches for a great area to entertain guest. The middle kitchen, has its own 5 gallon supply underneath that feeds the home style refrigerator. A Osmosis water filtration unit has been added at the sink to give you clean drinking and coffee water wherever you are. The bathroom and shower are very spacious and both the kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded with fantastic fans. In the bedroom closet is your washer and dryer. This unit has storage galore and the queen size mattress has also been upgraded. Two years ago I ran into a branch on the road that tore the rubber roof, thats when we were able to add a 18 year appoxy roof that never needs caulking, also that is when we got a new awning and added 1400 watt solar system. It has the 3000w inverter and the monitoring system inside the trailer. This last trip to Texas the trailer needed brakes so I changed them and added disc brakes. I plan to never own another trailer without adding the disc brakes as the stopping power is awesome. The trailer also got new shoes this last year. At the time we got the roof done we had a guy in town buff out the trailer and ceramic coat the trailer. We just had the carpets steam cleaned and although this trailer has been used its also been loved and is a great trailer. We are looking to down size and thats the only reason for trying to sell. The trailer does have cracks at the two front slides. When we first bought the trailer it had cracks and we took it back to Jayco and spent 6k having them fix it. The cracks came back but arent getting worse. They of course told us that they were just cosmetic and at first I believed they were full of it. But over the last couple of years the cracks arent getting worse and are in a location not related to the main structural frame. This is a loaded trailer and whoever buys it will be very happy with it! If you are needing a truck to pull the trailer I am also selling my 2017 Ford F350 dually Lariat diesel that has 181k miles on it, but just like the trailer its been very well cared for and has upgraded cooling system and alternators installed and air ride bags on the rear axle.
Ill be asking another 40k if you want the truck with the trailer
