We purchased this Avenue in 2020 from Camping World with 38,849 miles and used it lightly for a few trips. Two items to disclose honestly:
1. The clear coat on the roof is fading/peeling cosmetic only, does not affect the vehicle structurally.
2. The freshwater tank was removed due to a leak. The original tank is included for repair or replacement. City water hookup works fine, and all other plumbing (grey tank, black tank, water heater) is fully functional.

All other systems work: generator, A/C, furnace, refrigerator, electrical, water heater, and all appliances. Clean title in hand.
