Digital Nomad or BOONDOCKER Special !!!

This motorhome was setup to operate as our home or more like our mobile motel, meaning everything worked 24/7 without being hooked up. It is ideally suited to escape the crowds and congestion at campgrounds and RV resorts.

We spent just short of 3 years in this Motorhome as our only residence as we toured the USA, Canada, and a bit of Mexico. It has a few scratches and scuffs and reflects all the incredible places its been.

This is the most popular model being used by the RV rental companies due to simplicity of design and lack of slideouts. Thats why we chose it as our starting platform, I wont bore anyone with the basic specs as they can be found at the Thor website Ill just list what is different or upgraded from stock

Here are most of the upgrades made:

• 2 x 315 amp Lithionics UL Listed batteries

• 6 x 200 watt or 1.2kw Solar Panels

• 2 x 30 amp DC - DC Victron Chargers

• 3000w Victron Inverter.

• 85 amp Victron Solar Controller

• Everchill 12v Refrigerator 11 cu/ft, up from 5.7 cu/ft propane

• Bricor .9 gpm shower head

• Majesty 10 Queen Mattress, fantastic bed !

• 2x Remote Controlled Maxi Fans

• Roku 32" TV

• Weather-Tech floor mats

• Boss Stereo

• Garmin RV-785 GPS/Dashcam

• Skeeter Beater Mosquito Netting

• Front windshield and side window cover w/screens for extended stays

• Kumho 225/75R16 121/120R Tires (500lb higher capacity per tire then original). Not advocating overloading but nice having a buffer.

• Sunbrella pull down window awnings over Bedroom and Dinette windows

Extras included, Patio mat, Weber Grill, Wrap-around Windshield Shade w/Screens, Skeeter Beater Window Screens, Hoses, Water Filters, Stinky Slinky, Air Chuck for Duallies, and other stuff.

Wheel Simulators are also included but not on the vehicle because theyre just a pain in the ***. We also have all the original bed spreads/shams/etc or whatever it came with

Ideally suited (just my opinion) for a digital nomad or couple looking to see the country as we did, all you need is a Starlink for connectivity and youre good to go !!!

The Motorhome has not been used other than a few weekends for almost 2 years, and while its never been neglected it now needs a bit of TLC

·       Needs to be resealed, caulking starting to crack. Had a small leak in one window, thats been resealed but whole MH needs to be done (quote from popular chain $2500)

·       1 30amp DC-DC controller passed away in Alaska

·       Generator hour meter quit at 196hrs, no idea what the actual hours are, but it wasn't used much because its under the dinette and makes a lot more noise than a Honda !

·       Dinette Cushions and Sofa upholstery showing wear.

·       Desperately needs a good detailing     

Priced to sell at just barely over what the well-known RV rental company sells their used ones for. Come look for yourself and make an offer, decided it has to go since it is not appreciating in value, nor are we getting any recreation value from it.
