Bought brand new and I have been the only owner. This beautiful modern 5th wheel is loaded and has many extras such as full body paint, disc brakes, 4 slides, name brand furniture, dual sinks/areas in bathroom, full size shower, Jensen Stereo System, electronic control system, winter package, large awnings, dual window shades for 3 different options (open shades all the way, sunscreen, black out shades), 2 A/C units, lots of storage inside and outside, frameless windows, outdoor hook up for TV, indoor hook ups for washer and dryer, king size upgraded bed and couch pulls out in living room for guests, large kitchen island with double SS sinks and pull down faucet, upgraded appliances, 2 indoor TVs, fireplace, large tanks and much more!

I am sad to sell her, but went through a divorce and bought my exs half out thinking I would use it. I havent been able to because I no longer have a heavy duty truck or someone to tow it, and I am not comfortable driving with it attached. My ex said that when we were traveling he couldnt even tell she was back there unless we were on winding roads. Shes only been on 4 short trips and has about 700 miles on her. Most of this beautiful 5th wheel looks new and has been very well cared for.

There is a small amount of damage near the door and compartment. Willing to adjust price or have it repaired. I had to have it hauled after my divorce and the haulers large dual tires rubbed against that area when he turned around too tightly. Most should be able to by buffed out and I would probably order a new cargo door next to front door and install it. I believe the estimate for damage from Camping World was around $12-1500? I have a copy and can share if interested. Besides that, this beautiful home on wheels is in excellent condition.
