Sense I've owned it I replaced both TVs to flat screens I replaced the microwave to a microwave /confection oven , I put a steering stabilizer and rear end stabilizer , Michelin 22.5 tires are about 3 years old , it sits on a extremely desirable Workhorse custom chassis with a GM vortex 8.1 engine and a Allison transmission , extra electric fans to cool down the engine , Onan 5500 generator Just had generator service with a new carburetor , has a door side front awning , a bedroom slide awning , on the driver's side awning all the hardware is there but the awning needs to be replaced , this has the four-door refrigerator runs off electric or propane , lots of storage inside The couch is a lazy boy couch . There's no rips in any of the seats , the bathroom has a porcelain toilet and a sink , the master bedroom has another sink and the shower , a slide out bed , built in water filter , two air conditioners , duct heating , full body paint ( please look at all pictures because on the driver side and the back the black paint near the roof the clear coat is flaking I took it to a painter they said they could sand off the clear coat just the black not the whole motorhome and re-clear coat , The rest of paint is really nice The passenger side has no flaking , this is a reason I am selling this lower than it's really worth ) it's motorhome runs and drives very well everything works perfectly inside and outside , no leaks in the roof , I also have all the original paperwork paperwoand manualsice maker in the freezer , 50 amp power cord ,
