RV Description

For sale is my 2005 Lazy Daze 26.5' rear bath Class C motorhome. Ford chassis w. E450 V10 engine. 111,000 miles.

Engine starts and runs great, as does the 4,000W Onan generator. Brakes, steering, transmission, drive train, etc. are all in good working order. Features include: Two (original, LD factory installed) 100W solar panels w. current-boosting charge controller. Bilstein shocks, Bigfoot hydraulic leveling system (powers on- untested), engine battery maintainer, tow package, back-up camera, outside shower, covers on roof vents and escape hatch, new engine battery, newer tires w. very few miles, CB radio, LED TV, DVD player/recorder, 10 disc MP3 changer w. remote, dual propane/AC water heater switch, inside propane hook-up, Original Lazy Daze owners manual and manuals for all appliances and upgrade items, and much more.

This is a wonderful motorhome with the quality build and details that Lazy Daze is known for, not least the full body insulation and double glazed windows that make this a viable 4-season coach. The rear-bath floor plan is very spacious (this model was dubbed by Lazy Daze as their 'party coach') and full of light from all the huge windows. Six can sleep comfortably, with the two sofas making individual beds or pulled together to make a king size, an over-cab queen size bed, and the dinette converting to a full-size bed. The interior of this coach has been well taken care of and is in very good condition. Lots of storage. All appliances and features work well. The ceiling air conditioner is excellent and cools fast. The heater works well, too. There is a three burner propane stove with oven, a microwave, 3-way refrigerator/freezer. Large capacity fresh water, gray and black tanks.

The only mechanical problem we know of is recently the cab air conditioner is cooling but is only blowing from the upper dashboard defrost vents. We may have this fixed before selling but in case we don't, it should be mentioned.

There are a few cosmetic details which we want to describe fully, as follows:
Exterior condition: You'll see several close-up pictures we took of the 'wear and tear' places on the body, which include aged caulk, a bent down side of the rear bumper and deteriorating pin striping and decals. You'll also see in the pictures that the overall red paint is faded. One side of the front, black 'faux' windows is weathered to white.
Ceiling patch: The roof was professionally re-sealed last September, 2025 (pic of receipt available to view). Prior to this, we noticed a tiny leak coming in; it was from a failed seal around the front MaxFan frame. We got it to the RV shop right away, they fixed the leak and at the same time resealed everything on the roof. However, on the inside, a small section of ceiling board by the fan had gotten wet. We removed it so the inner ceiling could dry thoroughly, and when all was dry, we put in new insulation and made a cover for the area (see photo of ceiling - last pic). We're not ace carpenters but it does the job. A new owner might have a better idea (and skills) for a cover.

Please keep in mind that, although this Lazy Daze is still going strong it is almost 21 years old. It would be great for someone with mechanical skills who appreciates the enduring quality of an older, first-class coach like this one.
