We're selling our Aerie 8 truck camper that we special ordered from Soaring Eagle last year. We took delivery of the camper in June 2025. It is very lightly used and has only been used on a few trips. It is loaded with over 11k in options including:
-600w solar
-400ah of lithium batteries
-3000W inverter
-Houghton AC
-Truma Combi Eco PLUS water heater(runs on LP or electric) this upgrades the water heater to include the ability to run on shore power
-MORryde pull out storage tray in basement
This setup is very capable off grid and includes a 12v fridge. We were able to use the microwave and run the AC for hours on battery. It is very well insulated and ready for 4 season camping. We replaced the uncomfortable stock mattress with a new 6 inch latex queen mattress from Sleep EZ.
Dealers have some of these on the lot but they generally don't have many options and only come with one 100ah battery and one 200w solar panel. We also special ordered a batwing awning and a bathroom window which were special ask options.
The dry weight of the camper is 2646 lbs and is designed for 3/4 and 1 ton trucks. It fits in an 8ft bed with the tailgate shut.
The AERIE is constructed of all welded, tubular aluminum and composites, and features a fully enclosed and heated basement design; TRUMA Combi high-efficiency furnace/water heater; electric jacks, spacious bathroom/shower with plenty of room to maneuver, 12V refrigerator, nice size kitchen area with 2 burner cooktop range, microwave/convection/air fryer oven, and loads of storage. The open floorplan makes the AERIE feel like a much larger camper which is enhanced by automotive grade foam in the faux leather covered dinette seating and residential quality queen bed mattress. The North/South bed has dual nightstands with built-in chargers/outlets; lots of storage space along the side of each bed.
