Weve really enjoyed this camper, but weve got another baby on the way and just arent going to be using it like we thought, so were moving it along.

If youve looked at these before, you know what they usually go for. I priced this one lower to account for a few cosmetic things and to get it sold without dragging it out.

Condition

There are a few cosmetic issues (All Pictured):

* Vinyl flooring in the passenger-side living room slide was chewed by our dog and could be replaced if you want it perfect
* A small section of wood trim on the kitchen island has some chew marks
* The front baggage/utility door has a dent from when my tailgate dropped into it its sealed and works fine, but its not pretty

Thats everything Im aware of. Outside of those cosmetic items, the unit has been well maintained and is in solid condition. There are no leaks, no soft spots, and no known functional issues.

Maintenance / Condition

* Roof was recently inspected by an RV technician, is in good condition, and does not leak
* Wheel bearings were professionally repacked less than 500 miles ago
* Brand new battery installed
* Brand new power cable included

Systems

* Both A/C units blow cold and work great
* Gas furnace works properly and heats well
* Electric fireplace is fully functional
* Electrical system is fully operational
* Plumbing system has no leaks
* All appliances are fully functional
* Slides operate smoothly
* Leveling system works properly
* Trailer brakes are fully operational
* All exterior running/marker/brake lights are working
* Tires are in great shape
* Walls are in great condition with no delamination
* Furniture is in decent condition with normal wear from kids and use
* Generator prepped (no generator installed)

Extras

* Furrion Vision S+ observation system (7 monitor, side cameras with marker lights, rear sharkfin camera FOS7HTAEN). It makes towing a lot easier
* Living room TV is included (not mounted to the lift we had a different TV installed there). Its the original basic TV that came with the RV

Outdoor kitchen note
When we bought it, the dealer didnt have the Blackstone pullout grill, so we took a discount instead. This unit never had one installed.

Floorplan / Build Quality
If youre looking at the 377RLBH, you already know its one of Jaycos better layouts rear living bunkhouse with a mid-bunk room and loft setup that works great for kids, guests, or even an office space.
