WE ARE PRIVATE SELLERS AND THE ORIGINAL OWNERS

After six wonderful years, we have decided to hang up our keys and settle down. We are selling our beloved RV (our Nest) in the hopes that someone can enjoy it as much as we have.

Our RV is fully equipped, technicianinspected, and ready for its next adventure! 

In preparation for a sale, we obtained a professional pre-delivery inspection to ensure that all systems and safety devices are functional. Those detailed findings will be made available to any prospective buyer.

Our 32ft 2020 Forest River Forester 3011DS is a Class C motorhome with two slide-outs. It is powered by a reliable 6.8L Ford Triton V10 gasoline engine with an odometer reading of 40,104 miles, and has been well-maintained throughout our ownership with regular tuneups and inspections.

The RV is equipped with a 4 kW Onan gas generator (134 hours), dual A/C units (bedroom and living space), rooftop solar panel system (for house batteries), powered patio awning, slide-out awnings, gas/electric water heater, automatic leveling system, modern entertainment center, and a three-camera monitoring system for safer driving. There is also plenty of storage space for all of your belongings, including an outdoor pass-through storage space with swing doors on each side of the RV for easy access. Weve always had ample storage space.

The RV features a full kitchen with an oversized four-door refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 3-burner gas stove with oven, sink covers, and a dining area that comfortably seats four adults and converts into a bed.

The living area with a loveseat/pullout bed is cozy and perfect for relaxing (with swivel driver and passenger seats for extra seating) and a mounted TV. The overhead loft bed above the drivers cab is ideal for kids or for extra storage!

The private bedroom is a peaceful space with a very comfortable walk-around bed with nightshades, two built-in reading lights, an upgraded custom-made mattress (our cost $1,800), and a built-in TV. The bathroom and glass-door shower are completely separate compartments, offering privacy. 

We would also like to add the following disclosures:

-In March 2025, we had the upper right rear molding repaired after it struck our residential gutter system. We also had the entire exterior resealed at that time.

-There are minor punctures in a small area of the top of the seat back padding of the dining room booth.

-The outdoor television does not work.

-The decorative laminate on the bathroom door has some slight peeling.

-The tabletop has a few minor bumps/imperfections after a crack was repaired.

-The factory-installed back-up camera does not work. We replaced it with a portable wireless magnetic-mount rearview backup camera.
