This trailer is in perfect working condition. All components have been well maintained and are working properly except for the awning light strip. There is some minor wear and tear, particularly to the dining area seat cushions, which have suffered U-V ray damage over the years. There are no leaks. The entire roof and AC unit were resealed. Recently installed top-of the line tires. Recently had brakes inspected and wheel bearings repacked.
