We are just the second owner. Previous owner drove it on very short trips. Selling due to kids' activities keeping us from using it like we want.
Pros:
* 2-year-old tires with very few miles on them and kept covered. We can provide proof of this.
* BRAND NEW roof and awning - one year ago. We can provide proof of this.
* Rides great and we've never had any mechanical issues, even during taking it over a Colorado mountain!
* Battery, generator, shower, microwave, and all sinks work great!

*Slideout works very well!
* TV in back bedroom.
* We have also had it professionally maintained and checked over- we can provide receipts and proof of maintenance.
* Custom cut cooling/bubble sheets to place in each window. Really helps keep the temp down when driving, parking in the summer heat.
* LOTS of storage!
* Can also throw in RV bike racks for back stairs and things we bought to make pumping the sewer out easier, as well as chemicals and cleaning supplies for toilet.
* It is currently winterized but easy to get ready to use!
* Table and couch both folds out for sleeping. We easily fit our family of 4 but could fit 4-6. We also put an additional air mattress when we used the slide out if we had more people.
* Back Up Camera - works really well in the dark and backing into small campsites, even at night!
* Seatbelts in the back seats.
* Bed has a top to make it more comfortable.
* Lots of inside storage!
* I can't recall the exact mileage, but I feel like it was decent considering it's an RV.

Minor inconveniences:
* There is a crack in the floor covering (pictured). Common in cold environments.
* Original window covers were removed to add solar curtains, but project not completed. You could customize this to how you want.
* Back bumper dented (pictured). Does not affect sewer tube.
* Back slide through storage no longer locks but are easy to replace, per camper repair business.
