This one-owner trailer is better than new because there are no surprises, and the modifications and extras are great. Everything on this trailer works as it should and always has. Its never been back for repairs because it didnt need any. Its been in covered storage when not in use. Its been waxed each Spring, and roof conditioner applied. 303 protectorate has been applied to skylights and vent covers at least twice a year. The interior has been kept immaculately clean by its clean freak owner. No paper has been flushed into the black tank. The original bed linens are in new, unused condition. The bed has a topper that makes it more comfortable than our expensive Tempurpedic mattress at home. It has every available option except the digital controller, which I dont consider an upgrade.
