As lifelong tent campers and outdoor enthusiasts, we realized as we got older that sleeping on the ground and hanging out in our tent during bad weather just wasnt cutting it anymore! We have had more than one occasion where we had to hold down our tent so it didn't blow away in a storm! We camp throughout the year in both warm and cold weather and wanted a more secure and comfortable way to camp. The Solis Pocket 36A perfectly met those needs at the time. It was everything we needed and nothing we did not need. It is super easy to drive and park in a regular parking spot. With a fuel-efficient engine and compact size, this campervan is easy to maneuver and park, making it ideal for both urban and off-grid adventures. The Solis allows us the ease, flexibility and security to camp wherever we need to. As we're on the road, we can pull into a campsite or rest stop, lock the door, go to bed, wake up in the morning, make coffee and breakfast and off we go to our final destination-no set up and take down required. No more late camp ground arrivals trying to get the tent set up in the dark!

It sleeps 3, has an outdoor shower, propane cooktop, fridge, sink, porta potty (rarely used), AC & heating units, and lots of storage. The solar panels and propane power most everything while shore power is available for extra comfort and A/C. The batteries are charged by solar panels, driving the vehicle and shore power. We have camped in cold and warm climates and have been kept cool and warm with the Coleman A/C and Truma heating units.
