This is a top-of-the-line travel trailer that offers reliability and comfort for all your travel needs. Overall it is in very good shape with only minor wear. ATC trailers are built to last with a welded aluminum frame! In fact everything in this trailer is aluminum- there is not a single piece of wood anywhere! Nothing to rot or fall apart! We've made a few customizations with the addition of the desks under the Happijac bed, changing the bench seat set up, and changing the stove to an induction model. All of this optional, and I can easily put it back to the original configuration if you would prefer. Please let me know any questions!

Modifications (all are optional and can be reconfigured to the stock setup):

• Added two desks under the happijac bed. The desks fold up for travel, and to allow someone to sleep on the bed.

• Removed one of the bench seats, moved other seat forward for more room and to move it closer to the table.

• Replaced gas stove with inverter stove.

Upgrades:

• BlueOx 1500lbs SWAYPRO weight distribution hitch

• RO water filter system with spigot at kitchen sink

• Washing machine, .9 cu/ft capacity (basically a set of queen sheets). Fully plumbed in to water and waste system.

• Yakry Y27 backup camera with 7" display.

• New heavy duty electric hitch jack

• New Goodyear tires purchased March 2025

• 1/4 rubber gym flooring in the kitchen/dining area. This has the extruded aluminum flooring which is uncomfortable to walk on.

Issues:

• The awing got a bit tweaked and now the front arm does not fully set. See picture.

• Minor scratches on the exterior and a few marks on the interior walls.
