This trailer has many fantastic attributes: the dormer pops up to provide a spacious kitchen and bathroom area, and the bed is Queen-sized. The portable toilet tank caddy pulls out from an exterior hatch and is very sleek and convenient. All appliances are in new condition. There is a great deal of storage available: the space under the bed is accessible by lifting the hatch with a pneumatic assist and also via the external hatch, there is a wide top storage bin in front, and there is a long sliding drawer for service equipment. A separate hatch holds electrical and plumbing equipment. We replaced the electric assist arm that lifts the main canopy which was missing when we bought the trailer. There is an electric jack in front and 7-pin trailer connection, along with a 2" ball hitch. The tires are in excellent shape. We have not used the trailer much since we bought it, oreviously owned, 4 months ago. The mileage is our best estimate. We have a clean Nevada title, converted from its original California title. I have looked over the trailer completely and everything is in top shape.
