Ceiling headliner professionally replaced (full replacement) following a skylight leak; skylight fully repaired. Minor interior ceiling leak this Spring from where the solar panel penetrates the roof. This has impacted one small section of the interior headliner (see picture to confirm). No other damage.
Minor exterior fading from sun exposure
