We have loved this trailer and are sad to see it go! This is the perfect upgrade from car camping and perfect for a first-time tower. Towing the unit is a breeze, its lightweight and maneuvers easily.

The 2018 Rockwood by Forest River ESP 1970 is a lightweight expandable/folding pop-up tent camper with a 10-foot box. The "ESP" refers to the optional Extreme Sports Package, which adds rugged/off-grid features such as sport tires, higher ground clearance elements, digital media receiver with Bluetooth, and other enhancements tailored for active outdoor use. The base 1980 model supports these ESP options.

Floor Plan Layout
The 1980 uses a **swing galley** design for flexible indoor/outdoor cooking. When closed for towing, it has a low-profile design with folded canvas. When set up, the roof lifts hydraulically or via power assist, end tents deploy for beds, and interior space expands.
