RV Description
We are selling our much loved 30ft 2018 XLR. It has an electric awning with new canvas, sunscreen. We replaced the shower pan due to wear. It has a brand new soft mattress, and a comfortable recliner. New brakes and backing plates, battery. Tires two years old. All winters spent in Florida. We hauled our two large bikes without difficulty and still able to get to kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom when the bikes were there. 6ft clearance in cargo area. Sleeps six. Bunks never used. Pet free. Two AC units with dual control. Electric levelers, no drill or wrench required. Septic tank flush water port. Additional side access fuel tank for bikes, four wheelers, etc. Outside shower. Pull down outside steps make it easier to access the camper. Front cargo area. Patio rug also included. I also have a tote of additional small items for inside camper including silverware and cooking utensils.
